The Suffering Podcast's Dented Development Project, a dedicated 501c3 non-profit organization, was founded by Kevin P. Donaldson and Mike Failace in 2022.
Their mission aims to help those who have faced adversity and repair the emotional and psychological "dents" left by suffering. The Dented Development Project focuses on first responders and their families as they navigate through hardship, providing the resources and the community they need to heal and thrive.
